Mike Thompson is a veteran executive with over 35 years of leadership in professional and technical services, including two decades in cybersecurity and Identity Management consulting.

He is the Founder and Managing Partner / CEO of QuantaCyber, where he works closely with academia to advise enterprises and government on Quantum Cybersecurity and Post-Quantum Cryptography strategies.

Mike is also the Quantum Cybersecurity Tri-Chair for Tech Titans' Quantum Technology Forum, which he proposed along with his Tri-Chair colleagues.

Mike is a co-founder of SME Cybersecurity, an advisory firm supporting private equity, venture capital, and investment banks in launching and acquiring cybersecurity professional services companies.

Previously, Mike served as Chief Growth Officer and Head of Global M&A at iC Consult Group, helping establish it as the world's leading pure-play IAM consultancy. As CEO of ICSynergy International, he built a top-tier identity advisory firm and led it through a successful acquisition by a global top-five private equity firm.

Earlier in his career, Mike held executive roles at Ericsson, Nortel Networks, and Bell Canada, driving innovation and growth across global technology markets.

Chief Quantum Strategy Officer

Dr. Mitchell A. Thornton is the Cecil H. Green Chair of Engineering and Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Southern Methodist University (SMU). He is Executive Director of the Darwin Deason Institute for Cyber Security and Program Director for SMU's M.S. in Quantum Engineering, one of the first dedicated graduate degree programs in Quantum Engineering in the U.S.

Mitch serves as Chief Quantum Strategy Officer at QuantaCyber, where he leads Quantum Advisory and Consulting for enterprise and public sector clients. He brings deep academic and business expertise in Quantum Cybersecurity, Post-Quantum Cryptology (PQC), Crypto-Agility, and Quantum Networking.

A licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, Mississippi, and Arkansas, Mitch has been in practice since 1993. His areas of expertise include embedded systems, cybersecurity, quantum informatics, and algorithm design.

He previously held engineering roles at Amoco Research, E-Systems (now L3Harris), and Cyrix Corporation.

Mitch is the author of five books and over 350 technical publications, and holds more than 30 patents and patent applications. His research has been supported by numerous government and industrial sponsors, totaling over 100 different sponsored projects. He also holds a General Radiotelephone Operator License with Radar Endorsement from the FCC and earned his PhD in Computer Engineering from SMU.

Dr. Shaibal Chakrabarty is CTO of QuantaCyber, where he leads Post-Quantum Cryptography deployment services.

Shaibal is also the Quantum Networking Tri-Chair for Tech Titans' Quantum Technology Forum, which he proposed along with his Tri-Chair colleagues. He serves as CTO and Co-Founder of SME Cybersecurity, an advisory firm supporting private equity, venture capital, and investment banks in launching and acquiring cybersecurity ventures.

Previously, Shaibal led end-state cybersecurity architecture at Silicon Valley Bank (SVB), driving programs aligned with Federal Reserve (FFIEC) requirements. At AT&T Cybersecurity, he managed a portfolio of network security services with full P&L responsibility.

Shaibal holds a PhD in Computer Science from Southern Methodist University, where his research focused on securing IoT-enabled smart cities. He teaches graduate cybersecurity courses at SMU and has co-published with the university's AT&T Virtualization Center.

An active industry leader, Shaibal helped launch the Cybersecurity Forum at Tech Titans and has contributed to national initiatives like US Ignite. Earlier in his career, he held senior global roles at Cisco and Nortel, with over two decades of experience.

Chief Quantum Ambassador

Nadhan brings 40+ years of experience in the IT industry, selling, delivering, and managing enterprise solutions for global enterprises. He is Board Chair at The HDF Group, supporting the non-profit mission to ensure efficient and equitable access to science and engineering data across platforms and environments via the open source HDF Software.

As an IBM Quantum Ambassador, Nadhan worked with research teams across a wide customer base to explore ways quantum computing can be purposefully applied to complex problems that cannot be readily addressed through classical techniques. He served as the lead for the Central Region Team of Quantum Ambassadors for IBM.

As a practicing Quantum Ambassador, Nadhan advocated Quantum Computing and Quantum Resilient Cybersecurity to R&D leadership and Information Security office for global enterprises as well as academic institutions across North America.

As a member of the Field CTO Organization at Red Hat, Nadhan orchestrated proactive steps that enterprises can take today to protect classical assets by applying Post-Quantum Cryptography algorithms. Based on this experience across engineering and research teams within Red Hat and IBM, he is an advocate and ambassador for quantum computing done right, for a more secure world.

Across Tech Sales and the Field CTO Organization at Red Hat, Nadhan worked with executive leadership at enterprises to drive Digital Transformation with a blend of emerging solutions and a DevOps mindset. He is a recognized thought leader on quantum computing, AI, and cloud, contributing through industry conferences, executive roundtables, and customer-specific Executive Briefing sessions.
